All our installations comply with the recent noise, heat and energy standards. We will start with our unique software to configure both the impeller and the fan housing and then calculate an exact operating point. We take into account your specific requirements such as the complete welding of all parts of the fans and provide comprehensive advice on the coating specifications and layer thicknesses.
Even when it comes to very high temperatures, hazardous chemicals or extreme environmental factors, we come up with an appropriate solution. At Slingerland we do not shy away from a challenge. All fans are always tested in our warehouse after assembly. We check the general operation, absorbed power and vibrations to ensure that the fan meets the requirements.
