In the Port of Rotterdam, an impressive 18-meter-high storage hall was recently equipped with a powerful ventilation system. The hall is used for the storage of lithium batteries — which requires a reliable, industrial solution with high airflow capacities.
The challenge
Lithium batteries impose strict requirements on air quality and temperature within a space. To meet safety regulations, the hall must be completely flushed with fresh air five to six times per hour. This means handling enormous air volumes, continuous operation, and maximum reliability.
