They offered <strong>an affordable solution<\/strong> of a B-brand and a <strong>high-quality solution<\/strong> of a German A-brand. However, there was a demand for a mid-range solution, where the quality was comparable to that of the German manufacturer but the price was closer to that of a B-brand. processes, which would provide the air management in the drying and oven processes. We therefore supplied the following ventilators to Slingerland:<\/p><ul><li><strong>7 Oven ventilators<\/strong> for 20,000m3\/hr at 400Pa total pressure at 200\u00b0C. These types are equipped with a 7.5kW 4-pole WEG motor.<\/li><li><strong>6 Oven ventilators<\/strong> for 6,700m3\/hr at 458Pa total pressure at 200\u00b0C.<\/li><\/ul><p>Each of these centrifugal ventilators had a <strong>heat-resistant, silicone-free coating<\/strong>. In addition, they were equipped with a <strong>cooling fan<\/strong> and a <strong>special mounting profile<\/strong> for mounting certain oven parts.<\/p><p>The unique feature of these heat-resistant centrifugal ventilators was that they were <strong>custom-made<\/strong>, so that the oven did not have to be modified. For the customer, this meant that he <strong>could keep his existing design<\/strong> and <strong>still use new, alternative ventilators<\/strong>.
