Case study

Acoustic booth fans

Background

The importance of maintaining clean indoor air cannot be overstated. Polluted air can cause a range of health problems, including respiratory issues and allergies, and it can also negatively impact the performance of industrial equipment. That’s why a leading supplier of products, systems, and services for extraction and filtration of indoor air pollution understands the need for a suitable fan to complement their high-quality solutions

Challenge

Different facilities have varying requirements for the amount of air that needs to be extracted, which can depend on the nature of the production process, the type of equipment being used, and the number of employees working in the facility.

This posed a significant challenge for the us, because we recognised the need for a system that could cater to these varying requirements while remaining as standard as possible. A one-size-fits-all approach was not feasible, as different facilities had different ventilation needs that required specific solutions.

Solution through acoustic booth fans

Together with this customer, we have developed 6 different types of casing that can be used for different air volumes. We have standardized models with different engine powers. Starting from 3 kW to 22 kW. The models are all available from stock. So that our customer can quickly serve their customer with a complete installation when they need the fan. The sound enclosures are fully assembled with us, including flexibles. When they are ready for departure, they are also tested. The cabinets are equipped with inspection panels, and an inlet and outlet side for the air.
